Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing and preparation before your order is dispatched.

Shipping Within India

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch (where available)
• Free Shipping charges for all orders 

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location (typically 10–21 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

Delays SAJILEE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or public holidays.
